Bay Fah graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Building) Honours (majoring in both Building and Quantity Surveying). He was awarded the Certificate in Real Estate Investment Finance (CREIF) by the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) as well as the CREIF 2009 Ascendas Excellence Award for Research.
