Mr Chin has acted as an Independent Expert Witness and prepared over 100 Expert Witness and Joint Expert Witness Reports.
He has also attended matters in State Court, High Court, Strata Title Board, Mediation and Arbitration Proceedings.

- Defects survey & assessment of cost of rectification of defects;
- Assessment of status of completion and cost & time of completion of outstanding & balance works in liquidation matters;
